Can I check any two birthdays as a member?
No. Membership is tied to your own birthday on file. You can check your birthday against anyone else's — as many times as you want. You can't run checks between two birthdays that aren't yours.
How do I cancel?
Go to Account Settings and cancel from there. Your membership stays active through the end of your current billing period.
Can I switch from monthly to annual?
Yes. Cancel your monthly plan and subscribe to the annual one. You'll keep access until the monthly period ends, then the annual plan kicks in.
What happens if my subscription lapses?
You revert to pay-per-check at the standard $5/check rate. Your match history is preserved.
